We appreciate that choosing items for your bathroom is a
difficult decision and sometimes you have a re-think and would like a refund or
want to swap for something another similar product instead.
At The Bathroom House, that’s no problem – we’ll even collect your unwanted items from you.
There is a small re-stocking charge of 25% of the value of the item you are
returning however the rest of the refund can either be refund
directly back to you or you can use it to pick something new!
Has something turned up faulty or broken?
Although, with our courier services we make 1000’s of deliveries every day, we understand that rarely, they may be a damage in transit or even more rare is a manufacturing fault with the product you’ve ordered.
All you have to do is let us know within 14 days from order,
accompany your comments with an image, and send to us at email@example.com
From here we can get you a brand new replacement sent out
immediately and free of charge.
